A fine fruit brandy from Croatia, Plum brandy slivovitz with nice color, redistilled in traditional way and aged in oak barrel. Made of plum Bistrica, carefully selected, smashed and left to ferment for a couple of weeks. Aged in oakwood in order to calm down the fruity ingredients.

Slivenska Perla rakia is exquisite grape brandy produced from the aromatic grape varieties Muscat Ottonel, Perla and Tamianka exclusively grown in the region of Sliven. Sliven Pearl rakia has a soft taste and distinctive delicate flavor typical for these three type of grapes. Slivenska Perla is produced using a special traditional technology, which guarantees an exceptionally high quality. It is matured at least 2 years before bottling.
