It is a medium-bodied beer with a constituent malt character balanced with a detectable hop note, without entailing excessive hop bitterness. The mouth feel can be characterized as light, crisp and dry, while the after-taste includes a hint of elite hop flavour.

Brewed as a traditional Dortmunder, this premium beer offers a light, crisp and very refreshing taste combined with a medium body. This beer is characterized with a lower hop background than Pilsners while higher than Helles. Palate fullness is easily detected with a smooth and aromatic flavour.

Some residual sweetness is detectable. The hop content is quite low, contributing little bitterness and virtually no hop aroma. A taste of sweet-fruity easters and complex alcohols is incorporated into a solid and complete body. -
