Takovo Williams Pear

Juniper berries are added in plum brandy and left to mature in oak barrel in a cellar at optimal temperature. Distilled of ripe Williams pear, most appreciated in the Balkans because of its high sugar content and good aroma. The fruit is smashed and left to ferment. Fruity ingredients must be preserved during the distilling process.

Slivenska Perla is produced using a special traditional technology, which guarantees an exceptionally high quality. It is matured at least 2 years before bottling.
